Yes. If your deal scope changes mid-stream — more bidders, longer timeline, larger document set — talk to your dedicated deal team. We will restructure your pricing model to whatever gives you the most cost certainty at that point, without penalizing you for the change.

Correct. Under standard storage-based pricing, there is no per-user charge and no user cap. Invite 5 people or 500 — administrators and end users are both unlimited. If you have separately negotiated per-page pricing, that model applies instead, but the default is unlimited seats.

In most cases, yes. Share the comparable quote with us and we will match it on a like-for-like basis — same storage tier, same duration, same feature scope. This applies to quotes from established virtual data room providers for equivalent deal types.

When your deal closes, you can wind down the data room on your schedule. Storage costs stop accruing once you close the room. If you need a post-close retention period for compliance or integration, we extend the room at the same rate for the additional months — no premium, no exit fee.
